HOW WILL THE EPA'S RECOMMENDED NOX EMISSIONS RULE AFFECT THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY?

The new proposed NOx standard, announced March 28 of this year, is set to reduce emissions of smog- and soot-forming nitrogen oxides from heavy-duty gasoline and diesel engines by 60-percent. Sounds great, right?
